As always I understand that being in the right state is very critical and important. If by chance I am don’t have that CHARGE in me I am down and I will really not be able to put my best which is one of the most important things for me. Do we need a book, listen to a motivational speaker everyday to get charged. Definitely yes. That is one of the best way to charge up yourself as I believe that this can create big impacts in people.
